Day 01. Mumbai
Fly from your country to Mumbai, you will be greeted & assisted upon arrival.
Transfer to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02. Mumbai
Breakfast in Hotel and then drive to Gateway of India, This Historic monument
was built. To welcome the Royal family of England in 1914 and later in 1947
the bristles left the India by the same Gate. Nearby only is the boarding place
for ferry to visit Elephanta Caves in Arabian Sea 45 minutes of cruise. Now
Inside the caves runs a train for the visitors.
Return back on the same route. Afternoon city tour of Mumbai visit Prince Charles
museum, tower of silence, hanging garden, and particularly Municipal Building.
The Nariman point And back bay are the reclamation of land from sea which houses
top corporate of India and gives the city a look of Manhattan . Return to Hotel
for overnight stay.
Day 03. Mumbai – Aurangabad (By Train Tapovan Express)
Early morning breakfast and then you will be transferred to Mumbai Central Railway
station for boarding Tapovan Express for Aurangabad. Arrive at 1330 hours at
Aurangabad. You will be transferred to Hotel. City of Aurangabad was built by
the General of Aurangzeb and was known as Deccan During that period continued
battles with Maratha took place during Moughal regime. Afternoon city tour visiting
Bibi Ka Makbara & Daulatabad Fort. Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 04. Aurangabad.
After breakfast, leave for the excursion trip to Ellora & Ajanta Hindu,
Buddhist & Jain sculpture caves. Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 05. Aurangabad – Mumbai (By train)
Morning Free to explore the environments of Aurangabad, afternoon transfer to
railway station to board train back for Mumbai. Late evening Arrive & you
will be transferred to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 06. Mumbai – Udaipur (By Flight)
Early morning transfer to Mumbai domestic airport to board flight for Udaipur,
arrive & transfer to Hotel. After change & wash sightseeing of Udaipur.
Udaipur was founded by Maharana Udai Singh in 1559 A.D. Udaipur is also known
as city of lakes surrounded by Aravalli hills & is situated at the altitude
of 577 MSL. Here you will visit City palace, Sahelion Ki Bari, Maharana Pratap
Museum & Fateh Sagar Lake. Afternoon enjoy boat ride in Lake Pichola to
visit Jag Mandir island. After boat ride visit Meera Kala Mandir to enjoy traditional
exciting Rajasthani dances. Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 07. Udaipur – Ranakpur – Jodhpur (285 Km, 08 hours)
After breakfast drive to Jodhpur en route visit 15th century Ranakpur Jain temple
built in pure white marble with 80 dooms supported by 1444 different carved
pillars. Non of the pillar match each other in carving . After lunch continue
your drive to Jodhpur, arrive & check in at Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 08. Jodhpur
After breakfast sightseeing of Jodhpur. Jodhpur was founded by Rao Jodha in
1459 A.D after shifting his capital from Mandore by the advise of a holy man.
Here You will visit Mehrangarh Fort 125 meters high. 19th century Jaswant Thada
& Sardar Market clock tower. Afternoon visit Mandore garden which was capital
before 1459 to watch the royal cenotaphs. Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 09. Jodhpur – Jaipur
Morning transfer to Jaipur , was founded by Maharaja Swai Jai Singh in 1727
AD (swai means 25%) after shifting his capital from Amer valley to the newly
formed city in the plains after consulting so many maps of the world and finally
organized own religious map Shilpa Shastra with the help of a young Bengali
architect Vidyadhar Batacharya. Maharaja Swai Jai Singh was a builder, astronomer,
astrologer, soldier, philosopher and now Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan
& world famous as the Pink City. Afternoon free for personal activities
of you can enjoy busy bazaars of old pink city. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 10. Jaipur
After breakfast at Hotel, explore full day sightseeing of Jaipur visiting Hawa
Mahal (palace of winds) where from royal ladies were watching daily processions
and life. Afterwards visit Amer Fort by elephant ride, that gives you the experience
and impression of how Maharajas & royal family members were using the services
of elephants. After lunch visit City Palace Museum, Astrological Observatory
and local busy markets. Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 11. Jaipur – FatehpurSikri – Agra (235 Km, 06 hours)
Morning leave for Agra enroute one of the most important place of Mughal era
Fatepur Sikri founded by Akbar in 1569 AD as a ceremonial capital. But unfortunately
this magnificent city was abandoned due to scarcity of drinking water and Akbar
went back to Agra. Continue your drive to Agra, Arrive & Transfer to the
Hotel.
Day 12 Agra :
After visit Agra Red Fort which was built by three emperors Akbar & Jahangir
built in red sand stones and Shahi Jahan in pure white marble .Afterwards visit
one of the wonders of the world, Taj Mahal (monument of love), founded by 5th
great Mughal Emperor Shahi Jahan in the memory of his beloved queen Anjuman
Bano Begum (with love emperor called her Mumtaz). After her death in 1627 AD,
in her memory emperor started to built Taj Mahal (Taj means crown & Mahal
means Palace, so it is Crown Palace) from 1631 to 1653 AD with twenty two thousand
labors working since sun rise to sun set in twenty two years. The marble was
transported from Makrana in Rajasthan by the help of animals.
Day 13. Agra – Khajuraho By Flight
After breakfast board flight to Khajuraho. Arrive & check in at Hotel for
overnight stay.
Day 14 Khajuraho
This morning visit the Eastern & western erotic group of temples where fortnight
sculptures celebrate the joy of life and love for which there is probably no
equivalent in the world. The temples at Khajuraho from probably one of the best
examples of Indian art and architecture. Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 15. Khajuraho – Varanasi (By Flight)
Afternoon transfer to Khajuraho airport to board flight for Varanasi, arrive
& check in at Hotel. Varanasi situated on the banks of the sacred Ganges,
has been a center of pilgrimage and learning for over 2000 years and is considered
to be one of the oldest surviving cities in the world. Afternoon city tour visiting
Kashi Hindu University where more than fifty thousand students from all over
the world are learning. Afterwards visit Bharatmata temple & evening watch
Arthi outside at Kashi Vishwanath temple. Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 16. Varanasi – New Delhi (by flight)
Early morning transfer to Ghats of holy river Ganges for boat riding to watch
the sunrise over the Ganges when thousands of people are worshiping & taking
holy bath. Return to Hotel & after breakfast drive outside the city to Sarnath
where the Buddha first preached his message of enlightenment 24 centuries ago.
After sightseeing transfer to airport to board flight for New Delhi at 1815
hours. Upon arrival transfer to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 17. Old & New Delhi
Breakfast at Hotel and then leave for full day sightseeing of Old and New Delhi
visiting Jamia Masjid, enjoy rickshaw ride in narrow alleys of old Delhi through
Kinari Bazaar and 400 years old Chandni Chowk, Red Fort, Crematory of Mahatma
Gandhi, Birla Temple, Parliament House, Presidential House, India Gate, Government
buildings & Qutab Minar. Welcome dinner will be organized at Village Restaurant
Bistro with Indian Cultural dances. Return Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 18. Delhi – Overseas
Transfer to Indira Gandhi International airport to board flight back to your
country.
