Day 01. Delhi
Fly from your country to New Delhi, you will be greeted & assisted by Travel
Horizon Representative upon arrival. Transfer to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02. New & Old Delhi
Breakfast at Hotel and then leave for full day sightseeing of Old and New Delhi
visiting Jamia Masjid, enjoy rikshaw ride in narrow alleys of old Delhi through
Kinari Bazaar and 400 years old Chandni Chowk, Red Fort, Crematory of Mahatma
Gandhi, Birla Temple, Parliament House, Presidential House, India Gate, Government
buildings & Qutab Minar. Return Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03. Delhi – Jaipur (250 Km, 5 hours)
After breakfast drive to Jaipur. This historic city was founded by Maharaja
Swai Jai Singh in 1727 AD after shifting his capital from Amer valley to newly
formed and planned city of its time after consulting so many maps of the world
and finally organized own religious map Shilpa Shastra with the help of a young
Bengali architect Vidyadhar Batacharya. Maharaja Swai Jai Singh was a builder,
astronomer, astrologer, soldier, philospher. Presently, Jaipur is the capital
of Rajasthan & is world famous as the Pink City. Arrive and check in at
Hotel Clarks Amer / similar, afternoon visit busy markets of old Pink City to
watch daily life. Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 04. Jaipur
Breakfast, leave Hotel to explore full day sightseeing of Jaipur visiting Hawa
Mahal (palace of winds) where from royal ladies were watching daily processions
and life. Afterwards visit Amer Fort by elephant ride , that gives you the experience
and impression of how Maharajas & royal family members were using the services
of elephants. After lunch visit City Palace Museum, Astrological Observatory
and local busy markets. Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 05. Jaipur – FatehpurSikri – Agra (235 Km, 06 hours)
Morning leave for Agra enroute one of the most important place of Mughal era
Fatepur founded by Akbar in 1569 AD as a ceremonial capital. But unfortunately
this magnificent city was abandoned due to scarcity of drinking water and Akbar
went back to Agra. Continue your drive to Agra, arrive and check in at Hotel
Day 06 Agra
After breakfast visit one of the wonders of the world, Taj Mahal (monument of
love), founded by 5th great Mughal Emperor Shahi Jahan in the memory of his
beloved queen Anjuman Bano Begum (with love emperor called her Mumtaz). After
her death in 1627 AD, in her memory emperor started to built Taj Mahal (Taj
means crown & Mahal means Palace, so it is Crown Palace) from 1631 to 1653
AD with twenty two thousand labors working since sun rise to sun set in twenty
two years. The marble was transported from Makrana in Rajasthan by the help
of animals. Afternoon Visit Agra Fort, was built by three emperors, Akbar &
Jahangir in red sand stone & Shahi Jahan in white marble. The Fort is 2.5
Km long and during Mughal rule one third of the Fort was occupied by the army.
When British ruled India, they repeated same tradition and now traditionally
Indian army has occupied the sameReturn to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 07. Agra- Delhi - Srinagar
Leave Agra & Drive to Delhi. Arrive Delhi & transfer to board flight
to srinagar (Paradise on Earth). Arrive Srinagar meeting & assistance on
arrival and transfer to Deluxe Houseboats. Have lunch at your houseboat. In
the afternoon enjoy Shikara ride on Lake. Return back to houseboats for Dinner
& Overnight stay.
DAY 08 SRINAGAR – PAHALGAM (Valley Of Shepherds)
After breakfast at the houseboat proceed for an excursion trip to Pahalgam by
surface with pack lunch from Houseboat. The distance of about 96 kms will be
covered in about 3 hrs (one way). Enroute visiting Saffron fields of Pampora,
Avantipura ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Avantiwareman),
see the beautiful countryside on the way and lot of rice fields. Drive through
the pine forest. After lunch have bridle walks and feed your cameras with the
picture of magnificent view of mountains or Enjoy horse ride. Return back to
houseboats for Dinner & Overnight stay.
DAY 09 IN SRINAGAR (Paradise on Earth) 
After breakfast at the houseboat, proceed for half-day sightseeing tour of Srinagar
City & Shankaryacharya Temple. Have lunch at your houseboat. In the Afternoon
proceed for sightseeing tour of Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of
pleasure) built by Asif Khan Brother in law of Jehangir in 1632 AD. And Shalimar
Bagh (Abode of love) built by Jehangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan. All
the gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains
in the background. The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12
and 15 kms respectively. Return back to Houseboats for Dinner & Overnight
stay.
DAY 10 SRINAGAR – GULMARG (Meadow of Flowers)
After early breakfast proceeds for full day excursion trip to Gulmarg 2730 Mts.
above sea level by surface with pack lunch from Houseboat. Gulmarg has one of
the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18
holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view
en-route from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. Return back to houseboats
for Dinner & Overnight stay.
DAY 11 DEPART SRINAGAR
After breakfast, check out from deluxe houseboats & Board the morning flight
to Delhi Spend some time at busy markets of Dehli & leave for International
Aiport to Board Flight Back Home.
